Exceed.ai is proud to announce that we have successfully completed the requirements for a Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type II certification.
We are delighted to announce that Exceed.ai is now SOC 2 Type II Certified!
This reinforces Exceed’s ongoing commitment to the security, availability, and processing integrity of our service.
As Exceed.ai’s rapid growth continues, receiving the SOC 2 certification is not only a requirement for doing business with mid-market and enterprise companies, it is also an opportunity to reinforce our commitment to being good data stewards. SOC 2 Type II certification ensures the security of customer data and systems, meeting the growing customer demand for third party validation of security claims. The audit, completed by Ernst & Young Global Limited, confirms internal controls designed and implemented by Exceed.ai to meet security principles and requirements.
SOC2 is one of the many standards Exceed.ai is compliant with including GDPR and CCPA.
“I’m thrilled for Exceed.ai having the SOC2 type II certification . While security has always been a priority at Exceed, this serves as proof of the impressive team effort made to keep our customers’ data safe,” says Yaron Ismah-Moshe, Co-Founder and CPO at Exceed.ai.
What is SOC 2 Type II certification?
SOC 2 is considered the gold standard for security compliance for software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies. SOC 2 requires companies to establish and follow strict information security policies and procedures, encompassing the security, availability, and confidentiality of customer data.
Achieving SOC 2 Type II certification means that our company’s processes and practices meet the required levels of oversight and monitoring so that we can proactively identify and address any unusual activity.
