Customer Success Manager


About The Position

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention. The CSM’s job is to work closely with customers to ensure high usability, increasing customer's ROI, and gain value to create "stickiness."

You will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and manage renewal risks.


  • 4+ Years of experience managing B2B customer with ACV of $20K/year
  • Experience working with enterprise customers as well as SMBs
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with Big Data tools such as Google BigQuery or equivalent
  • Experience implementing and working with Customer Success tools such as Totango, ChurnZero, etc.
  • Works US hours
  • Native English speaker

  • Evaluate and forecast customer needs by collecting feedback, gathering insights on the overall experience of using the product.
  • Solve customer issues together with the R&D team
  • Deliver to customers knowledge on how to maintain and navigate the product
