The Challenge

With over 250,000 website visits a month and several hundred thousand leads in their database Comeet was looking for a better way to capture and qualify leads on their website, while maintaining their existing pipeline.

Introducing chat to their website was the initial goal, but most chats offer basic automation and cannot qualify leads and capture critical information from conversations for their CRM.

Additionally, Comeet was missing out on revenue because they were not able to reach out to everyone in their database and couldn’t hire and train team members fast enough to keep up with the volume.
